Brighter days are on the horizon

Calling all who seek a better Louisiana:

Soon the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps will launch a new initiative; a channel through which citizens and all concerned can work to lift themselves up and transform Louisiana into a state with opportunities for all and partialities for none. We are one Louisiana! This imminent opportunity movement transcends political, geographical and racial division.

In order to remove these old barriers and create new opportunities for those willing to do their part, collective vision and action are required. Individuals and their government must be reciprocally accountable to each other. Citizens must not forget that we are a government of the people, for the people and by the people, and it is this defining characteristic that ensures we control our own destiny and that of our beloved Louisiana.

As we begin a new year rest assured that brighter days are on the horizon for those who believe that our state can rise again.

Sincerely,

Dr. Monteic A. Sizer
President and CEO
