ServicePoint
ServicePoint allows Recovery Corps' case managers to track all of their interactions with their clients, help them set goals and report on what they have done.

CORE
CORE, or the Cross Organizational Referral Engine, is a product with two missions.
As part of the Recovery Corps' coordination mission, CORE is the database of record for all group and commercial trailer parks. This allows the Recovery Corps access to, as well as input in, the placement of parks and the services needed at them. CORE's other role is as a referral engine that allows other agencies to refer clients into the Recovery Corps' programs as well as it allows Recovery Corps family liaisons to make referrals out to other programs that can help the Client families.
