
The only type of information the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps currently collects from its Web site is information voluntarily submitted on donation & email newsletter sign-up forms, or e-mails sent to the Web site administrator.
Information voluntarily disclosed to the Recovery Corps either online or in writing through online forms and e-mail is added to the relevant Recovery Corps database to enable processing of the donation or registration, or for appropriate response. The Recovery Corps may distribute further relevant information to individuals identified in this way.
Information provided to the Recovery Corps in non-electronic form may also be used in this way. Individuals who would like to “opt out” of receiving additional communications from the Recovery Corps should contact the Recovery Corps to have their names removed from our lists. Corrections or other changes may also by made by e-mailing info@recoverycorps.org or by calling (225) 381-3915.
The Recovery Corps endeavors to take appropriate measures to assure the reliability of member records and to protect them from loss, misuse or alteration. Member records are protected from access by Internet users through a firewall.
In general, the Recovery Corps' policy regarding refunds of donations made to the agency is that there shall be no refunds. If a donor has agreed to a recurring monthly donation, the Recovery Corps may opt to allow the donor to end the recurring donation; however, that decision shall be solely made by the Recovery Corps. If a donor wishes to attept to end his or her recurring donation, please contact the Recovery Corps at (225) 381.3915.
